Duties
- Process calls: This includes answering calls for multiple clients, taking messages, looking up & giving out information, and dispatching calls as appropriate.
- Equal attention should be given to quality and efficiency.
- Support the clients by
- creating a welcoming image in the caller's mind
- placing a high value on protecting the clients' the time, money and reputation
- going the extra mile when a caller is in distress
- Follow the directions of supervisors and managers, as well as company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent attendance
- Must work well in a supportive and friendly team atmosphere
- Typing speed of 35 wpm or better
- Clear speaking voice and pleasant manners
- Excellent spelling
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Available to work Saturday or Sunday and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus!

Previous customer care experience is not necessary, but is useful. We offer competitive wages. Starting pay includes a perfect attendance bonus. Answer Center is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year, during hurricanes, snowstorms and heat waves. There are NO schedules that are strictly Monday through Friday. Flexible schedules are possible due to varied shifts/hours. Casual work environment. Please note, we have an office cat, "KC" who welcomes visitors and employees to our office.
